A wonderful and relaxing experience …. Jemma at Helena Bailey Beauty is an excellent and calming beauty practitioner . She really cares about her clients and discusses fully their requirements . I thoroughly recommend a visit to the salon at The Heart of the Shires …just pop up the stairs by the gift shop and have a chat .You will love it !

Jemma was great doing my treatment checked in on me throughout and was experienced I like the idea of someone who has experience doing my treatments due to my back problems she picked up on the tension headaches and really helped me de stress and relive tension booked in again was a lovely treatment and great price

So lovely to be back having a facial with Helena. As always my treatment was super relaxing and I nearly fell asleep. I also had a session of light treatment which I feel is very beneficial to my skin. Would definitely recommend.
