Best hair salon in south London for Afro hair. You’re hair will be looked after. I’ve been doing my natural hair here for the last year and love how my hair feels and looks after a press and wash!

I was seen to straight away, both ladies were professionals and polite. My hair was trimmed perfectly and I'm likely to return for a treatment & trim in December. Highly recommended.

I received an excellent haircut from Helena, who suggsted practical and helpful changes to what I initially went in with. It is by far one of the best haircuts I have ever had. My only comment would be that there was a long wait between hair washing and cut but it was a busy Saturday morning and this was allowed for in the schedule

Fantastic Salon! The welcome you receive at Helena McRae immediately puts you at ease, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.My stylist listened to what I wanted, and was very knowledgeable about my hair type and made recommendations on products to use, which I really appreciated.
The salon is clean, and unlike other salons that provide a service for Afro hair, there was no unnecessary waiting around. I highly recommend Helena McRae, I have not been disappointed with the service and I always leave very happy.
