I had a relax, treatment and a cut and I am more than happy with the results. The salon is clean and the staff are really friendly, they listen to you and offer really good advice on maintenance and aftercare. It’s so hard to find a reliable and reasonably priced Afro hairdressers, I am very happy that Helena McRae provide this and much more.

Terrible terrible experience, if I can give 0 stars I would. I came on time for my appointment at 12:00pm for a blow dry. From the moment I stepped in to the salon it was foggy and smelled like chemicals - they need proper ventilation. I ended up waiting for exactly 18 minutes as they all seemed busy and occupied, absolutely no respect for the costumer’s time and effort made to come to their salon. I left at 12:20 as no one was free to take me or even talk to me or acknowledge the fact that they have wasted my time and money spent to commute to the salon. Unprofessional, disrespectful and extremely dirty place.
