The staff are very pleasant. There was little to no wait time, which I find excellent as it proves that they know how to schedule without causing clients delay. I was extremely satisfied with the end result.
If I had to give any critical feedback it would be that the wash and shampoo be a bit me thorough. The wash was a bit quick and it felt like she focused more on the front as oppose to the entire head.

Staff was extremely rude and she had the wax stuck to my skin and was trying to take it off with a scisscors! worst wax I've ever had. I would never go back there.

I had a treatment trim and style. Calm, relaxed atmosphere with nice music playing in the background. Catherine trimmed and styled my hair. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall very pleased as I thought my hair was in bad condition! Would recommend and will return for further service.
