On the one hand Jennifer was brilliant and my hair looked great (I would recommend asking for her) and the lady that blow dried was very good. However, arriving on time for my appointment, I then had to wait over an hour before the first foil went in - without the offer of even a glass of water or an explanation. The total time in there exceeded 3.5 hours just for highlights, no cut (for a 2 hour estimate on Treatwell). The lady who I can not confirm but I believe to be the owner was quite rude at the end and tried to charge me more for having a different type of highlights and toner, none of which I was asked about during the consultation. I assumed, as you would, that I would just get what I had booked? Anyway, I was very pleased with the end result but unfortunately I doubt I will be going back, which is a shame as it has the potential to be a lot better
