I arrived to have my gel manicure and the staff on the desk were busy chatting and ignored me, however the lady who did the manicure was very friendly and gave me some advice on how to keep my nails looking nice. There was an extensive selection of colours to choose from. I have been a little disappointed with the time the manicure has lasted as after just 1 week the polish has started chipping off.

Had an appointment time and was rather disappointed to have waited over an hour before being seen. If you attend a hairdresser's that is sit and wait you know what to expect, but to arrive at your appointment time, asked to take a seat and not even given and explanation or apology for the wait really let's this salon down.
The stylists are lovely and was very happy with my hair even though I was in the salon for over 3 hrs for something I have had done before in an hour and a half.

The salon itself is well located, and the staff here were very friendly and accommodating towards my needs. My only gripe, and something to be mindful of, was having to wait almost half an hour to have my hair done which was disappointing.
