Helena can be a bit abrupt but that's just her way she is really nice and straight to the point. They are usually really busy so you may have to wait but it's well worth it in the end. All the stylists are lovely and professional I would highly recommend the salon.
Nice and relaxing despite hairdressers being quite busy. I was looked after straight away even though I was early. Nice and polite, love my nails and eyebrows !
Treatment by Beauty
Booked for a massage and body wrap, but unfortunately as there was a booking mix up, although oiled fully cling film wrapped and on the therapy table, after all of 5 minutes in I was informed by a clearly embarrassed staff member, that the owner Helena McRae had informed her to tell me to leave, no apology for the mix up, no attempt to rectify or offer an alternative solution. It was clear to me at that moment why the treatment had been so heavily discounted. It would be good for Helena McRae to grasp it is customers who make her success and not the other way round.
I got a treatment and trim. My hair was started more or less straight away and finished in good time. The products are high quality and leave your hair feeling healthy and smooth.
