The overall experience was...good - There was a 30-minute wait but I still was out in the 2-hour time limit that was set by the parking available.
I had different stages of my hair dealt with by different people- so I felt like I couldn't discuss what I felt my hair needed. Helena only washed my hair- Other stylist pressed and cut my hair- but she did a great job, a lot more talkative and very friendly - (a black Jamaican lady). She gave me advise and cut my hair quickly and with great skill.

never again. I waited 20 minutes for the owner to send Toni (clueless) to come over brush my hair out and blow dry it so vigorously, I honestly saw my hair break in front of me. When she then decided to wash my hair she constantly complained about my hair so loudly. I was embarrassed. 35 pounds to come out of there looking exactly how I do when I do my own hair. No worth the money or verbal abuse.

Amazing. Really happy as always with my weave. All staff were amazing and Helena does the best weaves I have ever come across.
