Really friendly team and I was impressed by the technicians attention to detail on my OPI gels. Great range of colours too. Location is very easy to get to, just a few moment walk from the Whitgift centre.

Attended twice hence the 3 star as the first massage was great, the second one by a new lady was not worth it. I agree with the customer that stated the atmosphere is icy, as I also felt it the first time I went there last year and the last time this year. There customer service needs a lot of work to extend a better welcome, the décor is ok but I would not go back if it was free - very unwelcoming.
I had a lovely and relaxing experience, my skin felt amazing after! Will definitely be booking a follow up skin peel!!

Staff professional courteous, BUT I had no haircut as the only person who restyles hair was on holiday. The site let me book my appt, so boohoo Wahanda! Had to cut my hair elsewhere

I arrived early but someone else was having their nails done but this didn't t matter, they improvised and i was looked after straight away

I only recommend you remove your gel before going as this takes longer than the actual putting on the gel Polish
