Overall an ok facial. I like the products used however the therapist used gloves for sanitary reasons, and I feel like they pulled at my skin. When she applied eye cream she was swiping instead of patting it in, and I felt my skin was being pulled in a rough way. She did seem very knowledgeable though and was really lovely, I just didn't like the way the gloves didn't slip with enough product. I will still go back as it's very reasonably priced and they were very accommodating. I wish they offered a loyalty discount of some sort, it's a shame the don't.

The room was not quite as pretty as the picture and it smelled a bit of mould. The lady who did my waxing was lovely and very efficient. Underarm, bikini and legs was all done in 15-20 mins. It was too bad she didn't offered to do the toe/feet wax when many salons where I've been do it automatically.
Overall good but not great.
