Arrived on time for my gel manicure but Neda had squeezed in another customer who arrived just before my slot. As I wanted my nails done I didn’t mention it was a problem but I waited 15 minutes with hardly an apology. Manicure was satisfactory but Neda told me I would benefit from getting my brows & lashes tinted! I didn’t ask for her opinion or info. After,I had receivedan email moving appt to 1.15pm, she should have called me as was last minute as don’t always check emails I could left later.
