I had to cancel my booking last minute (72 hours before and with the manager on the phone agreeing to refund me) and thank goodness I did! Took the company over one whole month to process my refund. I had to ring them multiple times, leave my contact details with them four times and also message them on facebook (which they conveniently ignored) The treatments and staff may be lovely but I definitely will not risk spending any money here ever again.
