The overall experience was good. The staff was helpful in navigating my friend and I to the studio when we could not find it in the mall. Upon entering we were greeted nicely and offered drinks. They wasted no time and gave us forms to sign immediately as we were drinking. I could barely finish the form before I was rushed away to get my makeup done. It was not even busy either so the rush was unnecessary. The makeup application was not my favorite and the makeup artist did not give me the look I told her I wanted. She just kind of did her own thing which was too dramatic for my liking. She also did not apply that much makeup to my friend and I. I had to tell her to give me some foundation. Also, the staff were not going to style my hair. I am Black so my hair is natural, however, they could have said they were not going to style my hair, instead of just leaving out that part. Because the hairstyling was a part of the process, I asked for mine to be done and as a result, my photoshoot was pushed back (which was not particularly a problem for me). The hairstylist was the same as the makeup stylist. She did not straigthen my hair good at all, rushed through it all, and nearly ripped out my hair was too fine of a comb. The photoshoot though was fun! No complaints there. The photographer was so friendly. The photos can out surprisingly well. They are really expensive but the staff is friendly enough to drop down the price. All in all, good experience but I could do without the makeup/hairstylist.

Two nails are slightly chipped already but other than that no problems. Always nice to go and get nails done here.
