I had the same woman as before even though the name appears differently. Again she was really rough during the session and I was appalled and left speechless when she cleaned the floor with a tissue while wearing gloves and proceeded to go back to waxing my armpits without a change of gloves. I gave it a second chance but I will not be going back.
