I had a warm welcome when I entered Hemaxi. I was also greeted by the owner who complemented me. They took the time to make me feel comfortable. The salon is clean and the wax was perfectly done my the beautician.

I booked for gel pedi for my sister as a treat and i paid £36. My sister got there and was accused of being late as salon had different time to confirmed text i got. The salon had no gel polishes or equipment to carry out the gel pedi they advertised and took my money for. For £38 they wanted to offer my sister polish and to be seated on a normal chair with her foot on the beautician leg as they had no pedi chairs or foot bath.They refused refund although they could not deliver service paid for
