Simran was lovely and put me at ease. Need to change the description on the website if the hot wax is £25 rather than £20. Wax could be improved by asking the person to exhale during strips and pressing the skin down after to decrease pain.

Really nice staff. More painful than usual and only used hot wax for one bit when the description said hot wax and then was charged extra for it.
