We waited Outside In The Cold For 15 Minutes As The Venue Wasnt Open On Time. The Facial Felt Rushed. They Said They Hadnt Received Details Of My First Booked Treatment. when we walked in the venue was therefore cold. the lady who did the treatment seemed nice enough but I wasn't talked through what was happening and was disappointed overall.
