Can't fault her for the skills when waxing. However, due to over booking/poor time management or something I had to wait over an hour for my appointment, which had already been postponed 3 hours from its original time by the salon.

I visited hemaxi for a Hollywood wax. I was left waiting for 15 minutes past my appointment time, and the 30 min appointment was rushed to be done in 10. The wax was very poor quality, hairs were left untouched, and many of the hairs weren’t pulled out from the root so have left exactly the same effect as shaving - yet I paid £18 to not have to do maintenance on my holiday. I have a wax burn which pokes out my bikini line too. Very disappointed!!
