I booked a wet cut with blow dry and it was going well until the hairdresser decided to iron my hair. Did not understand since when is ironing hair considered blow dry. Hairdresser was sweet and polite but she did a basic cut without even making sure the layers were equal.

Lakota was absolutely fantastic - she had a great manner and made me feel very comfortable. She was very gentle and I barely felt anything during the wax (which is a big deal given I’m pregnant with very sensitive skin). Will definitely be booking with her regularly from now on!
