Absolutely appalling. The worst wax I've ever had.
The therapist commented on the amount of hair I have. I ordered hard wax for the bikini line but had normal wax done even though I've asked and said that I paid for the hard wax. And the bikini line isn't even done properly so I'll have to go somewhere else and pay again.

Quick, efficient, no fuss and done really well as usual. I have lots of waxes here and they are always very good. Lovely staff too.
