I had a hair wash and blow dry and the price of £20 seemed reasonable. Overall I did not enjoy the experience. The appointment started 10 minutes late with no explanation or apology. The sink for the hair wash was dirty. Didn’t brush my hair before or after the wash, just with a round brush during the blow dry which was not pleasant as I have hair that is knotty after a wash. Hair was dried flat with no volume. Did make me a coffee though.
