We booked a children haircut. Although on the website, it said the hair would be washed first before the cut, my daughter was only offered a dry cut. After that, the salon tried to charge us £5 extra for cutting the fringe! I have never heard of haircut without cutting the fringe. when you ask for a haircut, you assume the fringe will be cut. You can ask for fringe only but who would want a haircut without cutting the fringe? I showed her the email and she finally conceded that only £6 should be paid.
