My appointment was at 10am and the salon did not open until 10.20! The therapist did not have a shutter key so we were both waiting outside. Sadly I could not rearrange my appointment so I had to continue and be late for my other plans however Jyoti was really good and worked fast but thoroughly to get my treatment done
