Had a great experience at Her Definition. Staff were friendly and professional. Everything run to time and my hair feels great. Will be going again.

the salon tried to reschedule my appointment, twice. the first time i agreed. The second time, a week later and hours before the rescheduled time they had offered me, I cancelled. They said the problem was that i had booked through Treatwell, and that the booking system didn't match up with their own one. They need to sort this problem out or just come off Treatwell altogether. A frustrating waste of time sadly.

Absolutely amazing, Heather was ever so lovely and acommadating, she worked miracles with my hair! Definitely my new go to salon :-)
