Very nice salon Prince and Heather are absolutely amazing! However, Olivia very unprofessional will shout at you and tell you to “kiss her ass” even when she’s in the wrong. Or offer suggestions that you don’t understand and if you ask her to elaborate will respond very rudely “let him deal with you you’re not my client anyway.” Tries to intimidate and very stand off ish and not a nice individual. Remove this individual and the salon is perfection. Been going here for 3 years with no issues up until recently. My hair has improved so much however doubt I’ll be returning due to Olivia being so rude nasty and disgusting - with three members of staff having to physically hold her back to stop her going for a client. 5 stars If not for her.
I had a great time at Her Definition, everyone is super friendly and the salon was clean and had a lovely atmosphere.
Heather was my stylist, she was great she used the right products for my hair to promote grow and styled it in way that suited my face as soon as I left the salon I received many compliments about my hair. It's been a year since I decided to go natural and stop relaxing my hair and I couldn't have done it without Heather. My hair is healthier, thicker and stronger.
