I was thoroughly impressed with Her Definition. The professional look from the outside continued inside and from my stylist Heather. I was seen on time and was payed attention to throughout. I loved my hair style and am definitely using them for my big day. Reasonably priced too.

Very informed and staff was very helpful. they really couldn't do enough, which makes your day at the salon very relaxed and comfortable. Can't wait for my next appointment.

Fab location. Friendly staff but they were too familiar and chatty with each other and discussed topics that were not PC. Salon could be cleaner. Quite expensive but that's London. Decent hair salon. I like my hair. Staff could be more professional by chatting to each other less.
