She is a wonderful person but some areas need improvement: she used the same spatula on my entire skin, rather than changing it, there were no antibacterial wipes available or sanitiser, she offered to use lotion after the waxing but I was sceptical as she did not change her gloves, & she was wearing them during my waxing, whulsy she was on the phone & to deal with bookings, so not fully hygienic from my perspective. But a wonderful lady.
