I went in for acupuncture treatment and had difficulty communicating with the therapists due to their poor English.
They kept trying to sell me herbal products every time I went in for a session (they won't cheap at all). They insisted on me buying their products and made me uncomfortable.
Low key venue. Great acupuncture, it helped me to be able to put on my shoes without support for first time in a year.
Never done it before so can’t compare.
Ms Li was knowledgeable and seems very prepared. You have to drag out information from her a bit.
The place is old and dirty but I don’t really care I was there to get fixed for affordable price.
The only real letdown is the hard selling of herbs. She would not let you book follow up acupuncture unless you buy the herbs £12per day
Unclean facilities, the worst I have ever seen for a Treatwell venue, and the therapist was slightly manic with poor English meaning ridiculous circular discussions that were fairly stressful. She seemed lovely, but manic. And neither of us understood one another.
