Busy on a Saturday. I booked last minute on the app so I did have to wait until she finished with another customer.
Having read the previous reviews, the lady who gave me the reflexology was quite pushy about offering acupuncture because she thought an hour session was long but I persuaded her that I didn’t need it.
Overall, she was accommodating and I did have a hour session. She even gave me a little back massage at the end and I did feel relaxed afterwards.
Lady pushed me to have acupuncture which I really didn’t want, I booked an energising massage and she would not stop pushing me to have acupuncture instead. She also pushed very hard on my buying medication. I’d just come out of hospital and wanted a nice relaxing time. I was ushered into a very small room with thin curtain, that was in a phone shop/massage shop. I was faced with a blue towel that barely covered any of my body. The towel was also shredded at the bottom. The sharps bin (where she puts all the needles after acupuncture) was over flowing and just sat up on a chair. Being a nurse myself this is highly concerning. The sharps bin has a level guide on it and so you should never go over this. It also should NOT be balanced upon a chair. The other needles that hadn’t been used were in a packet strung on the dusty shelf. She offered several more times if I wanted acupuncture and I said no. She then gave me the worst massage, buy running her hands up and down my spine (which I’m sure you are not meant to do) she also did something to my neck with her knuckle that has left a bruise and is very painful. I would really advise people be very careful when going here. I felt very uneasy and could not wait to leave.
