I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment to find the premises closed. When a staff member arrived to open the building i was not welcomed and she was not aware that a booking had been made. ( this may be a communication between treatwell and the business) i was ignored for 10 minutes and then asked to pay again. I reminded her that i had already paid. I was then pointed towards the back and told to get undressed. The massage itself was good but i did not feel comfortable/safe or welcome.

Relaxing massage with Li was amazing! Li changed pressure at different points to get rid of all the knots in my back and shoulders. Will definitely be back!
