It was very hard to understand the practitioner. He stuck a few needles in me without explaining why and disregarding the knots I pointed out. The place was old and not very clean. He put the needles in me, switch the lights off and left me 'breathe' for the majority of the session, whilst he took care of other patients. I basically paid to lie on a bed and breathe, whilst he made some more money dealing with other cases.

One of the things Dr Lian Zhao asked if I could do is to fast for 24 hours before my next treatment. I did that I had more nights in which I slept better than I had for a long time. Super happy with the results! I’ve booked again.
