One of the worst facial experience, therapist started off with cleansing my skin in a dark room. She then went on to steam my skin for about 5 minutes or so and then patted it dry and begin the extraction process, I gave a call in to double check the facial had included a full extraction and was told yes ,when the therapist done the extraction she spent about two minutes on my nose then went on with a facial massage and was about to apply a face mask, I had explained that I had expected a full extraction as advised on the phone and wanted it especially on my cheeks, the therapist then spent about two minutes on my cheeks and then stopped and applied the mask. The worst part of the experience was having the whole facial process done without any lighting on my face which is the usual process’s If you are looking for a facial which focuses primarily on a facial massage and cleansing your skin which could be done at home than that is what you will get. A real shame and waste of money.
