The lady who did my treatment was lovely, really professional and good work. My only feedback would be that the room is a little sterile and could perhaps do with some music to add to the calming atmosphere.
Front room was very chilly but treatment room was warm. The lady never told me her name, her manner was friendly but a bit abrupt, like she just wanted to get it over with. She did listen to me and treated my exact needs which was good and she kindly gave me a Chinese medicine patch to take home. I would go back for another treatment and recommend to friends but just prepare them that the space is not a luxury spa, instead it’s a bit worn around the edges and has kids toys cluttered in various corners. Clearly a family run business which is totally fine but not if you were expecting a 5star boutique experience!

The treatments were great but I felt the staff could have taken more time to understand what was wrong. Massage felt a bit rushed, it finished before the hour was up. Needs to be more personable.
