Massage was okay, not as relaxing as I wanted but I did have some serious knots in my shoulders. I was left with a slight bruise which went away in a day, but it was not something I was expecting to happen. My shoulders do feel better now though.

The acupuncture and massage were amazing , I went in with a horrible headache and very tense and left feeling very relaxed and no headache !
