The therapist was lovely and very nice and I'm sure did acupuncture well but this is not what is described in the 'acne treatment details'. There was no mention of needles on the treatwell description, I was expecting a relaxing and cleansing facial but just had needles stuck in my face which did nothing for my skin. I wish I could get my money back.
