Great if you want a massage that's not relaxing but will actually work. Was very impressed by the quality of the massage. I have terrible knots in my shoulders (terrible) and every-time I have a massage it always hurts a little bit but feels more relaxing and doesn't actually ever get rid of the knots or help back pain.
This massage was painful, but in a great way and for the first time I actually felt a change in my back after the massage.

The treatment was good! Very enjoyable.
The front room is ice cold though and the treatment room was quite hot. I felt a bit overwhelmed by the warmth but the therapist immediately responded by turning the heating off and opening the door to let some cold air in. Very customer focussed, very good.

The best place I have been to as of yet, situated in a very lovely street. The clinic is clean, tidy and cosy. Overflowing with light. The lady that runs it is very friendly and skilled. After enquiring about my health concerns and symptoms she explained what she was doing in detail. This gave me a feeling of reassurance and trust knowing I was in capable hands.
The treatment itself was good. I had acupuncture and a head & shoulders massage. First a calming half an hour of acupuncture, the room was calm dimly lit and nice and warm. Good for utmost relaxation. The massage was great! Loved it. The lady asked me how firm or soft pressure I liked and occasionally check in with me if it still was. I felt very comfortable and safe to say if I preferred a different pressure.
After my treatment I felt very relaxed and my back pain has decreased so much! I feel so much better. I will definitely return here and recommend it too my friends and people reading this. Great value!
