The deep tissue massage was not exactly what I was expecting. In a deep tissue I expect a thorough massage of the body with some deeper strength to reach those tight muscles.
The massage was relaxing but not what I expected to pay for therefore a weak rating in the service provided.

A very needed massage! Rachel was able to listen to what I needed, where she had to be more gentle and where it needed to be a proper deep tissue massage. Really made a difference to my wellbeing!

I have now completed my acupuncture treatment of six 1 hour weekly sessions carried out by Dr Liu, the level of treatment is second to none and I honestly cannot fault the practitioner on the professionalism and experience in carrying out the treatment, my sciatica has gone, stiff knees in the morning feel ok, however my main condition which I sought consultation for remains the same, I am stil suffering with numbness/pins and needles in my feet. So unfortunately surgery may be my only option. I would still recommend the treatment to others as the 1 hour sessions leave you feeling relaxed, stress free and uplifted.
