I booked this massage for my mother who has never had a massage before. She felt so relaxed and plans to have massages more regularly. She was more than pleased.
Therapeutic Massage
There was no real explanation about my treatment and the sound of the staff walking around meant that I could not fully relax. I did however feel much better and have booked again to see if the long term treatment helps me.
Acupuncture
I had acupuncture followed by 15 min massage, for shoulder ache related to disc damage. I think it helped and will return for massage next time.

Very abrupt and no real explanation on what the treatment was and why. Experienced no relief for my back problems at all.
