Absolutely awful experience. Refused me treatment because they had double booked, told me to come back in an hour. When I returned they still wouldn’t give me my massage. I asked for a refund and they refused that saying that I could come back the next day, which I didn’t want to do. The ‘boss’ was called on FaceTime and shouted at me saying to request a refund on Treatwell, even though the website clearly states that the salon has to process refunds. It’s been 2 days and still refusing refund
