I think the receptionist gave me a massage initially. Then a dr came in halfway and was very rough and kept on trying to get me to do acupuncture

Communication is a problem. Had my appointment cancelled on arrival.I had a treatment I didn't want added to my booked treatment, I then had to pay for. Big sales push for block booking. Acupuncture can be painful,cause bleeding,no first aid applied.

I rang to say I was running late & she absolutely flew off the handle and said I hadn’t even booked for that day,demanding I send her the details& telling me she didn’t receive money.’you can’t book on the same day, I’ve not got the money and I’ve gone’ I paid and needed the massage so went..the masseuse was skilled,
but the massage bed creaked the WHOLE way through and I commented that it was very annoying…I couldn’t relax. Won’t be going back and am requesting a refund. The rudeness was wild
