My appointment appeared to be a surprise when I arrived at the venue. I was told to pay an extra £20 for registration on their system which I refused. I then waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time and only when I stood up to leave was I ushered into a room. The 'therapist' stuck in approx 7 needles, gave me a buzzer to call her and abruptly left. She came back after 30 min. I would hesitate to call this a treatment. Rude staff and a very disappointing experience.
