This visit marked 6 months of appointments with salon manager Chloe! I love my cut and finish and I always feel so well looked after: Chloe show care and commitment for her clients by researching and experimenting with different products and advising ways to get the finish I desire.
Such a warm hearted and attentive service every time ~ looking forward to my next visit already!

Chloe and Chantelle, the dynamic duo! On arrival at Heroine hair salon, Chloe greeted me with options of water, tea or coffee. She then sat me down and examined my hair thoroughly before advising on what treatment I would receive in the salon and how to look after my hair in between salon visits. Chantelle carried on the appointment by treating, trimming and styling my hair or jooshing my hair as she called it lol. Brilliant ambience, definitely be back

Perfect as usual, Chloe was really honest In consulting on my treatment and we’ve built a rapport as I’ve been frequenting the salon for approx 6 months now.
I looked & felt fabulous after my appointment and appreciated Chloe taking her time, I always receive a very diligent and professional yet personal service.
There was another client & stylist in the salon during my appointment and we al had a good laugh. Great atmosphere in an intimate setting within an accessible and well-located venue.
