Nail Refill
Was overcharged & Paid for biab tips and the lady said due to time constraints she couldn’t do them even though when booking there was 3 technicians available there was only one in store. She filed my nails till they were hot and 4 of my nails were bleeding by the end with the technician blaming it on too much skin. Would never go back - save your nails.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Salon is very clean and products used were lovely. Unfortunately patches of hair were missed from the wax and the room was extremely dark which is probably why.

I was very unhappy with how my nails turned out at Hey Prin. It was my first time getting builder gel so I had no idea what to expect. Unfortunately noticed the issues only after I left - my mistake for ez the finish was very uneven, with the gel visibly floppy on my thumb nail. The nail tip/extensions stuck out visibly from the sides on several nails. Frankly have never seen such poor quality application at a professional nail salon before!
