Never again! Girl who washed my hair pulled my hair back so hard it caused my earring to come out & go down plug hole. No apologies whatsoever from the manager who even suggested I'd only paid for cut & blowdry and that the straightening of my hair would be extra but according to Treatwell I had paid for a cut & finish.
