The salon owner Yvonne, is my usual stylist, but I was contacted afew weeks before my regular appointment to say she was not available.
I was given the option of changing my appointment date or keeping the booked time and having an alternative stylist (Alanah).
I kept the time booked and was very happy with my hair cut and finish with Alanah.
I was given a free hair treatment to compensate for the change.
I always receive an excellent service at the salon.
