Very uncomfortable visit. Booked appointment and paid in full via treatwell. I got the impression they don't like you to book this way. It was very clear from the start, the hairdresser didn't care about us and wanted to get rid of us soon as possible whilst making as much money from us as possible, pushing hair products and treatments we clearly don't need. I had paid for my friend to have a cut and finish, this was the first time she had left the house in weeks as she had a bad cold which left her exhausted, but forced herself to come as needed her hair cutting for a special occasion. The hairdresser was rude from start to finish and made us feel so unwelcome. Straight after cutting her hair, she was ready for us to leave. I had to ask her to at least use some product on the ends to prevent it from being frizzy as my friend has curly hair. Funny that she was pushing us to buy hair products all the while not wanting to use them for our hair. We were at the very least expecting her to dry my friends hair. I had to ask if they could just use the diffuser so she wouldn't have to go into the cold with wet hair - hairdresser insisted it wasn't needed and made her leave with wet hair! I haven't given the lowest rating because whilst we were there, another hairdresser was working and she was really lovely with her customer and did an excellent job, listening to what she wanted. I wish we got her.
