I voiced my disappointment with the salon on the day of my appointment. Unfortunately I found the entire experience unprofessional. I was put in the middle of a salon issue and £20 deposit wrongly taken from me for a service they were unable to provide. At my appointment I was booked in wrong and the stylist clearly rushed for time, having shown her the picture of what I wanted, nothing like what I received. Will never go back.
