Ok so first of all I was waiting nearly half an hour just to get my hair washed as there was only one sink available. the cut itself was fine and what I asked for but then as I was leaving I was asked to pay an extra £8 due to it being a restyle and it curled. now I wouldn't mind but I should have been told that before, especially when offered to have my hair wavy expecting it to be free. also there should be a notification on this app about restyles that it will be extra. Just really disappointed after that even though I was happy with the cut.
