Temperature taken on arrival and asked to use hand sanitizer, then gowned up and sat down. Harriet was really friendly, listened to what I wanted then just got on with it. Spoke while cutting my hair but not over the top. No hesitation in booking to go back in 6 weeks. The new premises are open, clean and bright and even though there were a lot of people moving about you didn’t feel hemmed in or crowded.

First cut since the lo known and my hair got so long I asked if my appointment would be brought forward a few days . The lady was very kind and sorted out a new date. The stylist was excellent too not done mine before ,but it was just how I like it .
