When the customer has dementia and unable to understand properly it can be confusing for them. I can honestly say that Yvonne and the team made us (including the carer) feel welcome, at ease, very understanding, attentive and patient. Everything was slowly explained and so professionally done. I definitely recommend this hair salon which also has other beauty facilities to offer. Thank you so much to Yvonne and the team
